Happy first of the month everyone! 

(August also happens to be my birthday month!)

So, I've been really digging the brown and blue color combo as of lately. I put this number together for a day of errands with my sisters. It's easy, it's comfortable, it's chic. I love the look of the printed trousers with a chic comfortable tee; plus you can never go wrong with sandals! 

I paired this look for an easy (hot) summer day. However, the look is adaptable and can eve be converted to a night look by incorporating a white crop top and some cute heels! Throw in a clutch and you're ready for a night out!

So.... 

I can't get enough of chambray, lace, and leopard. 

All 3 staple looks seem to be trending everywhere. So I put them together. I've had these lace shorts for many years, and loved the way they looked paired with the chambray. The leopard slip-on's paired with the black Celine gave my overall look a boyish edge, but still retained its feminine qualities. 

Quite simply?
I love this look. 

It's both comfortable, yet boyish chic.

I am in love with the brown/blue color tone pair. For some reason these two colors schemes when paired together seem to enhance my overall style.

I paired this simple aviator tee over a pair of paisley printed trousers and was very pleased with myself, thank you! Added in my signature cognac tones with my accessories, and a little sparkle, and voila! Perfection.

Happy Friday everyone! 

I put this cute number together for a casual day at the office. Something simple, yet cute and chic. Love the mixing of bright emerald tones, and the cute polka pattern on the pants! Makes them way too cute to resist. Mixed in with easy cognac and gold tones, and voila! easy causal style, which is great for all day comfort. 

On this particular day it was extremely HOT! But thankfully a lunch break out on the lake, is not too shabby. Added with the helpful benefit of great friends <3

The black pant with coloful clutch, and blue flats lends and easy casual air to an already cutesy outfit. Alternately, spiced up with leopard pumps and a hot pink shoulder bag -- and you're ready for happy hour, or dinner with the girls.

Plus I love the pop of the pink, wit the elegance of the leopard.

But the snow eventually melts and the world is reborn. 

The Sun is back and she brings flowers in her wake. 

Spring has arrived. 

There is life and beauty. 

And it’s because she is there. 

She is the Sun in a barren landscape

that needed warmth and love. 

She is everything that is bright and lovely. 

But the year progresses and soon 

the weather is hot enough for all day play outside. 

Summer is here. 

The Sun is loving everything and everyone

 it can get its hands on, 

and life continues on this beautiful playful path. 

The Sun in vibrant and brilliant. 

The year continues

 and the summer playground

gives way to the autumn sorrow. 

The leaves fall.
