Quixote Cheese -- for garnish
tomatoes, onions, and peppers as desired (I opted out)
Avocados should be cut open with the pits removed.

For me Sunday's are a day for good eats with good company. It's quickly becoming tradition in the Roque house that Sunday's are for Guacamole. This recipe is rapidly becoming a fan favorite. Easy and versatile, the recipe can be prepared in as little as 5 - 10 minutes, and can include any of your favorites (from tomatoes, to onion, and peppers).
Served with warm tortilla chips.
